Igor has a Bachelor degree in Pedagogy, is a licensed mental trainer, certified international coach and mindfulness instructor.

For the past ten years, he has worked with hundreds of schools, international companies and municipalities. Furthermore, he has worked in most areas of health care, in the field of correctional treatment and rescue services, police, ambulances teaching how to act based on calm and balance in pressured situations. Igor’s dayly work also includes supervision of managers in business, schools and healthcare. Igor’s primary intention is to bridge the gap between knowledge and skills in working life.
